Music on the Rocks
Boynton Beach, FL:  Music on the RocksKick back after a long day at work with an outdoor concert and a cocktail at the Happy Hour Friday – Music on the Rocks FREE CONCERT in Boynton Beach. Some of South Florida’s favorite bands will take the Ocean Avenue Amphitheatre stage at 7pm. Bring your beach chairs and blankets or take advantage of the cocktail tables provided to create the fun happy hour atmosphere. Make it a date night or bring the whole family for a fun night out. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. The Ocean Avenue Amphitheatre is located at 129 E. Ocean Ave. in Boynton Beach, just south of City Hall. Free parking is available. No pets please.

Music on the Rocks takes place the 3rd Friday of each month from 7 - 10pm with a Food Truck Invasion from 6 - 10 pm October through June. The 2016 / 2017 Music on the Rocks dates are: 11/25; 12/16, 1/20; 2/17; 3/17; 4/21; 5/19; 6/16. Location: Ocean Avenue Amphitheatre 129 E Ocean Ave. in Boynton Beach / Enjoy FREE MOVIES. Bring your favorite beach chair or blanket and catch a movie under the stars! This free event will feature a family friendly movie each month. The movie will be projected on a large inflatable screen set on the stage of the Ocean Avenue Amphitheatre. Plenty of free parking. No pets.

Movies in the Park takes place the first Friday of every month from October through June. “Yo-ho-ho” for Schoolhouse AHOY!

Boynton Beach, Florida – Saturday, October 21 & Sunday, October 22, 2017: The Schoolhouse Children’s Museum & Learning Center is inviting all Ye Wee Mateys ages 2 – 7 to Schoolhouse AHOY! Come to the Museum on Saturday, October 21 and Sunday, October 22 from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. to enjoy some Mermaid Fun and a Pirate’s Treasure Hunt. Admission is $4 Members (child) and $8 Non-members (includes one adult).

The 2nd Annual Hope Floats Kids Dockside Fishing Tournament & Docktail Party
Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017, at Sailfish Club of Florida, 1338 N. Lake Way, Palm Beach, Fla. 33480. Guests will enjoy a fishing tournament for kids on the docks, docktail party for adults, live entertainment and raffle followed by dockside family barbecue dinner to raise funds for building a fishing village in Haiti.

Businesses, churches, community groups, schools and individuals are invited to create fundraising teams to help pack 100,000 meals for malnourished children. A team of 10 people is asked to raise $500 to fund the purchase and shipment of the meals. Individuals may also participate with a $50 fundraising goal.
